Dear Bluegreen Owner: A Letter from the President

Another year begins and we have so many great things to talk about with all of you. The 2008 issues of Colorful Places are jam packed with announcements of new vacation experiences that will create some fantastic new memories for you and your favorite travel companions.

In this issue, we'll tell you more about our newest resort, Bluegreen Club 36 in lively Las Vegas. We are so proud of this amazing resort. It represents important achievements for Bluegreen, not only in size, but also in scope and amenities. When Bluegreen Club 36 opens later this year, we'll have met our goal of offering Bluegreen owners our own distinctive Las Vegas experience.

We are also excited to tell you about our groundbreaking vacation experience. This is really big news. It is the first — and only — vacation experience of its kind in all of the vacation ownership industry. Those of you who love nature and crave a unique experience will find our yurts and RV environment to be a vacation dream come true. Make sure to read the article in this issue, and know that more information will be coming your way in future issues.

With so much exciting, upcoming news, I know 2008 is going to be a great year for everyone in the Bluegreen family. I can't tell you everything now, but believe me, you'll want to stay tuned to Colorful Places all year.

Spring is on its way. Here's hoping to see you at a Bluegreen resort soon!

Sincerely,

John M. Maloney, Jr.
President and CEO
