View Your Statement Online
When you access your payment balances, you can now view and print your statement online. Now you no longer have to wait for your statement to arrive in the mail! Simply go to Payments > Maintenance Fees/Club Dues and click on the "View Statement" link just above your payment amounts. And remember, you can pay your Maintenance Fee and Club Dues balances online at your convenience — 24 hours a day — from your checking, savings or credit card account.

Online Owner Tutorials
The first in a series of online tutorials just for you was introduced last fall. Sign in to bluegreenonline.com, and go to Using the Club > Owner Tutorials. The Club Overview tutorial will walk you through the ins and outs of your ownership and the password protected owner web site. So if you're a new owner or you need a refresher course about your Bluegreen ownership, this tutorial is a "how to" just for you!

Access Your Mortgage Information Online
In the last issue of Colorful Places, we highlighted a "Coming Soon" feature — online mortgage information. Well, it's here! Go to Payments > Mortgage Summary, where you'll find a summary of your Bluegreen account(s), including your balance, loan amount and maturity date, as well as 12 months of transaction history, including principal and interest. In addition, you can request a payoff online, change your automatic payment method, change your borrower contact information and make an online payment through Western Union® SpeedPay®.

Check out the latest additions to Bluegreen's growing family of resorts and destinations. You can now view Bluegreen Club 36™ in Las Vegas, Bluegreen Odyssey Dells™ in Wisconsin Dells and Patrick Henry Inn in Williamsburg, Virginia. You can find them in the resort drop-down on the homepage and on all Resort Detail pages.
