Parking: There is a daily parking fee for one vehicle per room or one-bedroom suite. This charge is included in the Resort Amenity Fee. On occasion, there may be space for additional guest vehicles at a charge, space permitting. Valet parking is also available for a fee.
Deposit required: Upon check-in, each reservation requires a major credit card for a $50 per day per adult Pre-Authorization for incidental charges. Bluegreen Owners are not required to pay the daily resort amenity fee; however, a daily fee will be required for use of the waterslide. Bluegreen at TradeWinds does not participate in the Bluegreen Day-Use Program.
